IRBIS Air, Plumbing & Electrical earned the recognition from Diamond Certified, joining an elite group of Bay Area contractors trusted to deliver verified quality.
Since opening our doors, our goal has been simple: give people good service they can count on. Be honest and do the work. And today, Diamond Certified made it official.

What Does the Diamond Certified Status Mean?
The Diamond Certified organization is really well known for having high standards and for evaluating companies in a fair way. This is different from a lot of rating systems because you cannot pay to get this status. To get certified by Diamond Certified, a company has to go through a careful review that never really ends.
Here are some things that Diamond Certified looks at:
- Independent Customer Surveys: Diamond Certified talks to customers who have used a company to find out what they really think about the work that was done.
- High Satisfaction Threshold: Only companies that get high ratings from their customers for the quality of their work and for being professional can get certified by Diamond Certified.
- Verified Licenses and Insurance: Diamond Certified checks all of the company's papers and credentials to make sure that customers are safe when they use the company. The Diamond Certified organization does this to protect people who use Diamond companies.

Our Promise of Quality
For our team, getting the Diamond Certified status means our work to make customers happy is really working. We put in a lot of effort to make sure customers are satisfied with our work, whether it's fixing an air conditioner, installing a heat pump or water heater, fixing the drain clog, or doing electrical work.

We want to thank our customers for trusting us and for giving us high ratings. This award motivates us to keep improving and to be the partner for home comfort.

During a repair visit, our technicians will inspect your A/C system, diagnose the problem, and provide you with repair options. Once you choose an option, we'll proceed with the necessary repairs. Afterward, we'll test the system to ensure it's working correctly and provide you with a detailed report.
