What Does the Diamond Certified Status Mean?
The Diamond Certified organization is really well known for having high standards and for evaluating companies in a fair way. This is different from a lot of rating systems because you cannot pay to get this status. To get certified by Diamond Certified, a company has to go through a careful review that never really ends.
Here are some things that Diamond Certified looks at:
- Independent Customer Surveys: Diamond Certified talks to customers who have used a company to find out what they really think about the work that was done.
- High Satisfaction Threshold: Only companies that get high ratings from their customers for the quality of their work and for being professional can get certified by Diamond Certified.
