True environmental sustainability begins with the systems hidden behind our walls. On April 18th, the team from IRBIS Air, Plumbing & Electrical joined the Morgan Hill community at the Cultural Center for the 2026 Earth Day Celebration, hosted by the AAUW. As engineering experts, we arrived with a clear mission: to show residents that the transition to "clean" energy is only possible when built on a solid, modern technical foundation.

Navigating Rebates and Decarbonization
Throughout the day, our team engaged in deep, meaningful conversations with homeowners about the practical steps of decarbonization. We focused on the financial and environmental benefits of the Clean HEET Program. By acting as expert guides, we helped attendees understand how to easily navigate state rebates and incentives, making the transition to an electrified home highly accessible and cost-effective.
Hands-On with the 37MUHA and Modern Water Heating
We believe that seeing is believing, which is why we set up a hands-on technical showcase at our booth. We proudly displayed our best-in-class 37MUHA heat pump and a state-of-the-art electric water heater. By presenting these systems side-by-side, we demonstrated how upgrading your home's heating, cooling, and water heating infrastructure is the most powerful action you can take to lower your carbon footprint without sacrificing an ounce of comfort.

Inspiring Future Eco-Champions
The festival atmosphere was filled with energy, especially from the children eager to learn about the world around them. To make the day extra special for our little visitors, we gifted them miniature toy trucks branded with our logo. Watching the kids happily driving their new trucks around the festival was a highlight for our team, reminding us why we work so hard to protect the environment for the next generation.
Conclusion
The Morgan Hill Earth Day Celebration reinforced that community awareness is at an all-time high, and we are proud to provide the tools to match that ambition. We thank AAUW for the invitation. We left the event inspired by the local community and ready to continue our work, ensuring every home in our county is technically equipped to meet the ideals of Earth Day.
During a repair visit, our technicians will inspect your A/C system, diagnose the problem, and provide you with repair options. Once you choose an option, we'll proceed with the necessary repairs. Afterward, we'll test the system to ensure it's working correctly and provide you with a detailed report.
