Kenny came in to do our AC maintenance. He was very courteous and knowledgeable and did a great job cleaning up our old and neglected AC unit. Really happy with the service and will not hesitate to hire them again for future jobs.

Amazing job completed on Xmas eve by a professional team of technicians. My parents heating system failed 4 days before the holiday break. Tim and his team stepped up and sourced a complete heat pump system out of thin air, worked for two days, stayed up late to install the unit as they wanted my parents to be comfortable as soon as possible. They were kind, courteous, hardworking, professional and prompt. Amazing experience.

Our furnace stopped working over the weekend and I called around to shops Monday morning. IRBIS Got back to me quickly and was able to schedule a technician to diagnose the problem on Wednesday. The technician was very professional and diagnosed a bad control board. Fortunately they had the part in stock in the warehouse, but unfortunately because it was right before the holidays they would not be able to make it out until the following week. I had family coming into town and pleaded with them to fix it before the weekend. They were able to make it happen and the same technician came out the next morning and installed it. The cost was very reasonable and the work was top-notch. I was so grateful they were willing to make changes to get the job done sooner. I would highly recommend.

I have to start out with a shout out to Raymond, who came and gave us the estimate. His attention to detail and communication was both informative and helpful...weighed into our decision. Our heater was replaced by Eric and Juan, who here all day, they did a great job! We so appreciate the work they did, again the attention to detail...just a good/positive experience all the way around, we would not change a thing!

IBRIS is professional and easy to work with team. I want to especially recommend Eric Capella and Juan S to anyone looking to replace heating furnace and relayed job. We had a complicated situation with and old furnace and it was pretty hard to take it out before replacing. They both did an awesome job.
