A Great and Smooth Experience
We upgraded our old water heater to a much larger and more efficient heat pump water heater. Had a great and smooth experience with the IRBIS team. Installer was timely, courteous, helpful, and did a clean install. The IRBIS team was also extremely helpful in getting the maximum rebates and coordinating that part of it. I love it
I just had Irbis replace my 17+ year old Rheem gas water heater with a new Rheem Hybrid Electric Heat Pump Water Heater and after two days of using it, I love it. While it doesn't quite make sense to me, I swear it gets hot water to my kitchen sink faster than the old one did and should end up being a lot more efficient than my old gas water heater. And I also have to add my praise to the Irbis team who installed this new unit. They were polite, knowledgeable, and they worked diligently and took the time to make sure I was good with the placement of everything for the installation. And they left the area clean and tidy. All in all, I am very pleased with the product and the whole experience!

I contacted IRBIS for a water heater issue. The customer service did a great job. Cold water in winter is not a good situation for a family with kids. Her kind words warm me. The scheduling process is very quick and the technician is on time and very informative. I am still comparing different quotes, but so far I had a great experience with them.
