Fast schedule and good service. My water heater has intermittent problems. Contacted IRBIS and they returned my call within 20 minutes and scheduled for next morning visit. Johnathan and Jeff came over on time and diagnosed the system. They found the problem and the parts are still under warranty. They contacted Rheem and ordered the parts and directly shipped to my address. Once the parts were here, they came out and replaced it. They tested the system twice to ensure it works before leaving. Smooth Installation Process
We had a heat pump water heater and whole house water filter installed today by Alex and Ivan. The whole process from the quote with Justin, to the communication with the office, and installation process were extremely smooth. I was told it would be a two-day job; however, Alex and Ivan arrived right at 8:00 this morning and stayed until around 7:30 pm to complete the entire job. They made a strong effort to minimize time with the water off and keep everything very neat throughout the process. They were great at communicating during the day and keeping me posted on what was going on. The office handles everything with regard to permitting and applicable rebates. I do not hesitate to recommend them based on my experience thus far!
