IRBIS recently installed a new heating and cooling system, updated our ductwork, upgraded our subpanel to a SPAN, and installed a new water heater in our home. We are pleased with the results. The entire project passed inspection yesterday; even the city inspector commented on the exceptional and professional installation. Our installation team, led by Jose Barajas, was first class. Jose’s expertise and leadership were clear at every stage of the project. Oscar Rubio, our Installation Manager, did a great job coordinating the work. The rest of the team, Benedicto Godoy Lopez, Jaime Maciel, and Charlie Tran, were equally impressive: skilled, professional, and respectful of our home. They left everything clean and orderly when the job was complete. IRBIS delivered excellent craftsmanship with an end result that exceeded our expectations. Our AC specialist Alonso arrived on time and was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He asked plenty of questions in order to determine the likely problem with our 20-year-old AC unit and was able to eliminate several causes. Once he hooked up the pressure meters, it became clear our unit was leaking coolant. Alonso offered several solutions and estimated costs, which made it easy to determine how we wanted to proceed. Irbis came out to do the seasonal HVAC maintenance. The team was Eduardo and Dustin. Starting from meeting them, they were punctual, courteous of the home by wearing shoe covers and made sure I was comfortable with them entering each room in the house. I appreciated being informed and updated throughout the whole process; it showed they cared very much about their workmanship and their customers. Overall, I would recommend Irbis for air and electrical services, and if you can, I would also request Eduardo or Dustin because they are polite and professional and did the job well.

Recently, our Carrier HVAC system stopped working, and I contacted IRBIS for repairs. They scheduled an appointment within two days, and Eduardo, the technician who arrived, took the time to thoroughly understand the issue. He inspected the system carefully, consulted with the technical team for a second opinion, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Eduardo explained that the circuit board was fried due to an incorrect initial installation (not done by IRBIS) and that the system would need to be reinstalled properly. He consistently reassured me that they were trying to minimize the scope of work to get the system up and running with as little disruption as possible. Today, they provided a quote of under $4,000 and offered three different options for moving forward. So far, I've received excellent service from IRBIS, and I'm confident the final repair will reflect the same high standards.
