Excellent, timely, efficient service
Once again IRBIS HVAC came through with excellent, timely, efficient service. We awoke to a toxic smell, called IRBIS, and they immediately arranged to send a tech (Eduardo) who we met upon installing our heat pump. He diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and dealt with our concerns. Eduardo seems typical of IRBIS as being very well trained, thorough, professional, and easy to work with. Vadim, the owner, followed up with us to ensure we are satisfied. 5 stars! (12/30/24)
Quickly diagnosed a long-time AC issue - which meant a need to completely replace the AC. But that necessitated a new furnace (AC and furnace 20 years old, so no reuse possible) and a complete new HVAC. Several possible choices - went with planet-saving heat pump. All installed and cleaned up in 1.5 days. Josh and Eddie were easy to work with and very knowledgeable and professional. High marks all around. I had used IRBIS two years ago to install a central filter for air cleaning. They did a great job then and the follow-up is also excellent. So IRBIS is our go-to for everything now.
