My AC went out in the middle of the night. I was able to schedule service the next day with IRBIS. The next day I was alerted when the tech was on his way. Jeffery was our tech. He arrived on time and soon determined a path forward to resolve the issue. A replacement part was ordered. The next day, early in the morning, Jeffery arrived with the replacement part. He had us up and running a short time later. We will continue to use IRBIS in the future.
