It was a (very) long journey with Irbis—over 11 months from first visit to final inspection. And even though they didn't always get things right the first time, I have a huge amount of respect for their commitment to putting the customer first. They visited at least a dozen times in the course of installing a new heat pump, addressing issues from vibration to condensation drainage. Their crews were always very respectful and considerate, their office teams (scheduling, payments, leadership) responsive and fair. Definitely wish the process would have been faster, but very happy to have picked a company that made sure things were right.

We did a pre-season inspection of our furnace. I was concerned as there was some surface rust on the exterior due to a water leak last winter. Christian Lopez was our technician. He went through his tests, patiently explained what he did, and answered all of my questions. He also showed me pictures of the interior of the furnace that he had taken and explained what he saw in them. I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of work.
